Registration is open for this year’s Lake Lanier Holiday Boat Light Parade, taking place on Saturday, December 12. Charity beneficiaries will be announced closer to the event.
From music and a golf cart parade to a vendor market, the event will take place both on land and on the water.
“Our 2026 Holiday Boat Light Parade will have something for everyone,” said Jeff Mogan with the organizing committee for the event. “At all three parade locations will have activities for participants and spectators, so come on out and support this festive Lake Lanier tradition.”
Port Royale and Pelican Pete’s are the official starting location. There will be additional locations for festivities at Aqualand & Pig Tales, and at the end of the route at Margaritaville and Landshark Bar & Grill.
Registration is variable in three divisions – Boats 18 to 30 feet; 31 to 40 feet; and 41 feet and up.
