Highlighting a quarter century of specializing in helping build and sell luxury lake properties, Lake Lanier Realtor Sheila Davis has started her own brokerage.
“My husband and I moved to Lake Lanier 32 years ago, leaving behind a corporate career in Atlanta to raise our family in this special community. Not long after, I earned my real estate license and began helping him sell his luxury home builds along the lake. What started organically soon grew into something much bigger,” Davis said.
About a decade ago she began building a real estate group within one of the largest brokerages in northeast Georgia. She said she and her agents “live, work, and play right here on Lake Lanier, giving us unmatched knowledge of waterfront properties and the area.”
Capping the quarter century mark in 2026, Davis has launched her own brokerage, Sheila Davis Group, bringing with her several of her fellow Realtors and staff. “We are proud to be the number one selling group on Lake Lanier year after year, with over $675 million in total sales,” Davis said.
Beyond real estate, Davis and her team are involved in supporting various non profits, including the Lake Lanier Association.
