Opened in 2011, the Mason-Scharfenstein Museum of Art is the permanent home for art donated to the college by Dr. Bill Mason, a member of the Class of 1957, and Bob Scharfenstein, both of Birmingham, Ala. In addition to the permanent collection, student, faculty, and visiting shows are presented throughout the year.

.5-mile/1-mile/3-mile open water swim for teams or individuals. Event is a fundraiser for local cancer research and patient programs including Aflac Cancer & Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Donations encouraged for children’s cancer medical facilities.
