Tickets are now on sale for the Hall County Master Gardeners May 16 Garden Walk, offering a chance to look behind the gates of a diverse selection of landscapes and gardens in Gainesville and Murrayville.
The self-guided tour gives access to five private residential gardens and one public garden. With the theme “In Our Own Back Yards,” it’s a chance to see what master gardeners have created to make their landscapes more appealing and inviting, no matter the conditions. Learn how to garden using native plants, attract pollinators, enhance a yard that’s shady, or design a garden that’s full of whimsy and art.
“Every two years during the Garden Walk, we get the chance to see beyond the garden gate into some of the most beautiful, creative and sustainable gardens in Hall County,” Suzanne Erickson says. “Along with our Spring and Fall Garden Expos, our Garden Walk is one of our most popular events.”
Detailed information and a link to purchase tickets can be found on the Hall County Master Gardeners event page on Facebook.
Tickets for the Garden Walk are on sale at hallmastergardeners.com. Tickets may also be purchased through the Hall County UGA Extension Office at 770-535-8293 or by visiting the office at 734 E Crescent Dr., Gainesville on weekdays.
On the day of the event, tickets can be purchased online through Venmo or credit/debit card or at Wilshire Park Garden.
