Waterside at Lake Lanier opens this summer.
A new type of living on Lake Lanier will soon be available – waterfront rentals including flats, townhomes, and cottages all included at one property.
The development, Waterside at Lake Lanier, is located on N. Waterworks Road in Buford. It is currently under construction however preleasing has already begun.
Builders describe the property as “blending elevated design with a true waterfront lifestyle.”
Waterside will feature a collection of resort-inspired amenities, including two private boat docks, enclosed boat storage, two pools, including an infinity pool, rooftop terrace, fire pits, expansive lake views, a wellness room called The Sanctuary, Dockside Provisions grab-and-go market, fitness and co-working spaces, dog park, and lakeside walking trails.
