Towriss has won 18 Regional Emmys while working for Fox and Turner
television as a producer. He now has his own business, NLX Broadcast
Design. Towriss also spends weekends doing high definition
productions of wake skaters using numerous cameras and boats.

Lake Allatoona Inn
filled with history
 If
only this Victorian Mansion could talk, Lake Allatoona Inn would
have so much to say. It was built in 1893 over the foundation of an
earlier home that had burned to the ground. The home made history
when the Battle of Allatoona Pass was fought there. There are 21
gravestones between the Inn and the home next door. Civil war
bullets are still being found on the property.

Holiday Harbor Marina

Harbor Marina has recently gone through some major changes. An 8,000
sq. ft. expanded boat sales center is being completed. The
restaurant has a new name, Holiday Cove Restaurant, new owners and a
fresh look, and the cabins for rent have been totally renovated. more>>>
